While having a Kiosk is absolutely fantastic you will still need a part time manager. You'll need someone to do your overlocks for you as well as clean outs of vacated units etc.

Is it a good investment? As far as I'm concerned I intend to have one in all of my facilities before the end of 2010. Remember you are now open 24/7 as well as selling locks, insurance, collecting rents as well as handling late night rentals and check outs through the kiosks.
