Management software-which one?
The right management software can make your job easier and more profitable or be a source of frustration and a time wasting hog.
Does it REALLY support communication with your gate system? Many advertise they will integrate with and work with "your" brand gate system, but when everything is bought, paid for and installed, you have problems which the gate company blames on the software company and visa versa.
When you get a new tennant, will the tenant's access code be available to use immediately or not for hours? If the tenant is there with a vehicle to unload now, immediate access is critical.
Are you thinking about installing a kiosk to help cut down on employee expenses? How well will it integrate?
