Hello Everyone
I am a full-time property investor located in Vancouver BC. I have invested successfully in an small industrial building and a modern office building (rented to various government departments) and much less successfully in houses. I have also developed and sold 5 small multifamily buildings. I have been studying Self Storage for several months by reading books; researching numbers; visiting storage business and looking at ones for sale. I am retired (reformed?) lawyer and father of two young children.

I love learning and sharing and plan to go to a regional trade show as part of my learing.

To maintain a Forum is hard work and commitment from posters and owners.

Especially if it is run without any financially rewards.

Forums organized by and for businesses to gain advertisers for there products are more likely to succeed and have often paid administrators and a bunch of rewarded followers. It all comes down to consistently posting.Most posters give up after some time unless they are committed to a course and see some appreciation.
