Welcome to the forum. Feel free to post any questions you may have. We had been interested in self storage for many years before we actually got involved. It was one of those things that just seem out of our paradigm. After getting into it we discovered it was pretty cut and dry. Weather you want to buy an existing for start from the ground up it really is just a step by step process. Good Luck!
