Hello everyone. I found this site via the fastlane forums. First off, just wanted to say thanks to Sonya/Doug for creating the site. It seems as if it is hard to get acess to much information in regards to Self Storage. Just a quick briefing about myself, I am 22 years old...currently in college and working as a debt collector. (Plenty out there to collect, problem is sub-prime credit card holders aren't paying right now! lol) I am also starting in the process of executing Jill's ebay business model. I am planning to do ditch my full-time job asap and then use the Ebay earnings to save up enough to get into self-storage. I don't even know if that is possible considering I don't own a house or anything. Credit is fine but maybe lack of credit could hold me back currently. We will see I guess....I am going to be absorbing all the info posted here daily and give my input when I feel I can be of any help!

Welcome! Best of luck my man. Awesome that you are young and really jumping on board. I just turned 23 last weekend myself. And don't worry...you don't have to have credit to get money. There is PLENTY out there...you just have to know where to look.
