When we set up our second facility we did not. When the first facility licence expired we did not renew. Why? - it saved us a ton of cash and we found we could do everything the software could do ourselves. Invoicing, customer lists, reminders etc. That is not to say one can do the same with access software. The security system gates / doors etc. Now that is essential.
