		<description>Ive been watching green trends a bit lately in self storage.  There is a local facility that is 100% self sufficient with solar power.  I&#039;d be interested to see the difference in their NOI.  Anyway, I love the idea of sheep for weed control.

Off question...do they leave behind feces that need to be cleaned up?</description>
